I’m a multimedia professional with over 12 years of experience in print, web and video production. A driven self-starter offering a proven blend of editorial skills (writing, editing, social media best practices) and technical know-how.

During my four-year tenure at National Geographic my editorial and leadership skills enabled me to rise from Social Media Producer to Content Manager of the Culture and Exploration editorial team. As a content manager and writer, I worked across divisions, liaising between Editorial, TV and Magazine, PR and Society. I also managed National Geographic’s Snapchat Discover channel. However, personally my greatest accomplishment was writing, editing, and publishing articles on Nationalgeographic.com.

I was able to achieve success at NG, in part, to my experience at The Los Angeles Times. At 23 year old I was the youngest person on the LA Times audience development team where I was able to grow my skill set to include SEO, email and paid search marketing. My fondness for analytics and coding websites led to my role as an SEO Specialist performing technical fixes, on-page and off-page optimization for all Tribune market newspapers. I also managed Tribune-wide market paid media campaigns; focusing on subscription growth, traffic drives, and brand awareness.

Recently, my focus has been helping NGOs and startup companies develop a consistent brand identity and establish their online presence. I’m eager to oversee my client’s marketing strategies and engage their customers by creating content that inspires others but also functions as a powerful marketing tool to increase sales. As my own digital marketing boutique, I’m hungry for a challenge and hope to help you with all your marketing needs.
